my pal pc rae + i have an annual day out during the last leg of cmj music marathon. an oxford-based entertainment management mastermind, pc wrangles snake charmers like chad valley & jonquil. we ate bad diner food + trolled broadway for gentlemanly brogues & over-designed gigolo wear. pc's fashion laser beams spotted this gem first. "if you're not going to buy that I WILL!!" i spout. it is like someone threw-up logos all over some polyester + stitched some zippers on it. MAGIC.

elderflower: lightest blonde with hints of mint
actually, she's just platinum + it's the lighting that makes
her locks look slightly green. i'd like to think that the green
is actually there. for the longest time i thought, "i'd dye my
hair any color except green," but my interest in developing 7up,
sprite, lemony-lime hues grows more everyday.

janer stewart j'dore collection
i hate hair magazines. fashion magazines have the versatility to sell
everything from sex, style, to toothpaste, while hair magazines are
only selling shine. what happens is there is the creation of a gap
from overdetermined hair while everything else in the picture
ultimately fails. there is no conceptual continuity. there is no sign
of effective strategy. it is simply top heavy. the hair will be
fantastic, but the model isn't selling it, and the stylist should be
burnt at the stake. something about the lighting, the amount of sterile
gloss, it is hokey, but then, sometimes it is not. bravo janer stewart.
